CONABIO Naturalist Tutor for the Yucatan Peninsula. Founder of Green Jay Bird Conservancy. Nature-oriented tourist guide. PAU Cancun Coordinator. Community Bird Monitor NABCI-CONABIO. Member of the Mexican Birdwatchers Network "Amazilias". She collaborates with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology since 2014 in different citizen science projects in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru (Celebrate Urban Birds, International Bird Detectives and PROALAS). She also collaborates with Environment of America and different ANP's in the Yucatan Peninsula. Besides, she organizes, promotes and advises on the realization of Bird Festivals in Mexico and Peru. She is part of the group formed by different representatives of North America "Community Perspectives", in which she represents the country of Mexico. She was awarded the Recognition "Cuzam" Cozumel in 2015, this is given due to the outstanding effort of individuals or groups in favor of the conservation of birds of Cozumel Island, Quintana Roo. Naturalist Award "Special Recognition" CONABIO 2017 for her extraordinary work as promoter of the Naturalist platform in the Yucatan Peninsula. She was the first woman to receive the National Award NABCI-CONABIO 2019 for her spirit of Collaboration with the community. Among her publications are: The e-Book "La Equidad en la Observación de Aves: Reflexiones y Experiencias" in co-creation with artist Víctor Puga and Celebra las Aves Urbanas by Cornell Lab of Ornithology. The e-Book "Community Birding in Latin America: Shared Experiences" in co-creation with the Community Birding Group of the Americas and Celebrate Urban Birds of Cornell Lab of Ornithology. The Birding Guide of the Manglares de Nichupté Flora and Fauna Protection Area. The book "Conociendo La Laguna Chacmochuc", Co-author of an article in the journal Bioscience: "Understanding the impact of equitable collaborations between scientific institutions and community-based organizations: improving science through community-led research".
