Marilyn Castillo

Marilyn Castillo Muñoz, a biologist with a Master's in Biological Sciences, specializes in ornithology and urban ecology. She guides birdwatching excursions, leads bird monitoring initiatives in urban parks, and conducts workshops related to avian life and conservation. Marilyn is also the Director and Co-founder of Kingfisher Birdwatching Nuevo León and coordinates the Urban Bird Program (PAU-CONABIO) in Monterrey and the metropolitan area. She was honored with the 2023 Recognition for Innovation in Mexican Tourism Product for her "Customized Birdwatching Tour."
