Pamela García Morales

Pamela García Morales, a biologist with a deep-seated focus on studying and monitoring the bird community in Mexico City, is the founder and director of the birding club Tiranos Urbanos since 2016. Through Tiranos Urbanos, she organizes workshops and birding excursions open to the public. She plays a vital role in the committee and organization of the Metropolitan Wings Festival, serves as the coordinator of the Urban Birding Program in the CDMX, and leads the network of birdwatchers in Mexico known as Amazilias. Pamela is also at the helm of Tirano Café, a coffee bar with a bird-themed twist.
