Sarahy Contreras Martínez
I am a Professor-Researcher at the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources-IMECBIO, with a PhD in Sciences and a National Researcher Level I designation from CONACYT. My work centers on assessing the impact of human activities on ecosystem conservation and biodiversity in mountain systems. Over the last 15 years, I have received 20 national and international awards, including the PIF Award (Partners In Flight) in the Individual Research category in 2020 for my dedication to Ornithology in the American Continent.
