Sierra Morena Ecotourism Center

The Sierra Morena Ecotourism Center is located 23.61 miles south of Villaflores, Chiapas, inside the La Sepultura Biosphere Reserve. It is located at an approximate altitude of 3937.008 feet above sea level, in a very interesting Transition Zone between Tropical Rainforests, Temperate Pine-Oak Forests and Alligatorwood Alligatorwood (or American sweetgum), and the majestic Cloud Forest. The ecotourism center is managed by a cooperative society in which cooks, community guides, coffee growers, and community partners participate. In this site, you will find cabins, a kitchen and dining room, interpretive trails, overlooks, as well as the service of local guides to learn about the rich biodiversity of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas.

Prices: Price per person $1200. 00 MXN Minimum 04 people per group The visit includes: Transportation services, tickets to the ecotourism center, lodging in dormitories, local guide services, and three meals (lunch, dinner and breakfast).
